Democrats desperately could have used some kind of distraction from their McDonalds nightmare of Oct. 20.

Soon after GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump basked in the spotlight Sunday as he worked in the fast food’s joint in Feasterville-Trevose, which is part of Bucks County, a key swing voter area north of Philadelphia, McDonalds acknowledged it has no record of Democrat Kamala Harris ever working there as she has claimed.

“I’ve now worked for 15 minutes more than Kamala,” Trump said amid his stint of making fries and working the drive-through window.

McDonald’s released a statement Sunday saying it has no record of Harris ever working there.

Requests from independent media to the Harris campaign asking for verification of her McDonald’s employment “have been ignored, although this could be easily verified through tax records or people coming forward,” Breitbart’s John Nolte noted. “As it so happens, I worked for a few months at a McDonald’s in the early eighties and could easily prove it by requesting documents and naming at least a dozen people who I worked with or who knew I worked there, including my parents.”

Employees at a McDonald’s location in Alameda, California, where Harris claims to have work, told The Telegraph they had been instructed by bosses not to talk about Harris “after claims that she invented her summer job to appear more authentic to voters.”

All Harris will say is she worked at an Alameda McDonald’s. She refuses to say which one.

“Riddle me this,” Nolte wrote. “Why would employees be instructed to remain silent if she had worked there? It seems to me that the only reason people would be told to say nothing is if she didn’t work there. This story could be easily put to rest, but the corrupt corporate media and the Harris campaign are hoping to run out the clock.”

The leftist media, not surprisingly, had a McMeltdown over Harris’s apparent Stolen McValor.

Many humorless members of the corporate media made it a point to note that the McDonald’s Trump worked at had closed for what was a public relations stunt.

Really, who would have guessed?

Revolver News noted: “These people can’t take a joke and seem to have forgotten what a PR stunt even is. It’s probably because they’re so used to consuming nonstop propaganda that they can’t tell the difference anymore. The irony here is off the charts—the party that claims to be all about ‘joy’ is filled with some of the most miserable, angry people you’ll ever meet. There’s no joy in the anti-Trump campaign. When this McDonald’s gag first rolled out, the left got into ‘investigative mode’ and began to work tirelessly to uncover the secret sauce: Trump didn’t really work at McDonald’s. It was a PR stunt. Shocking, right?”

You know Trump’s McDonalds escapade had full effect when MSNBC goes into full Trump Derangement Syndrome mode.

MSNBC’s Alex Witt berated Trump for his oft-stated “love” of McDonald’s food and seemed to have no grasp of what Sunday’s “stunt” was all about.

“If you’re on his campaign, and I’m certainly not implying you are, what is the logic behind this, going to a McDonald’s?” the witless Witt said to her guest, California Democrat Rep. Barbara Lee.

Lee chimed in, “There’s no logic to it. It’s a stunt,” and Trump “appears to be not well,” adding that he has “engaged in some really bizarre activities” during the 2024 campaign — before trotting out the well-worn talking point that the former president presents a “threat to our democracy.”

The supersized cluelessness continued at NBC News, which lectured Trump for “oversalting” the fries.

The New York Post noted that NBC “was quite intent on dissecting the security measures taken by the campaign ahead of the Mickey D’s stopover, even pointing out that the passengers of cars at the drive-thru were ‘screened and searched,’ which is hardly surprising given he faced a pair of assassination attempts in as many months.”
